Clark Wilson LLP is pleased to announce that Jeff Morton has joined our Technology and Intellectual Property Practice Groups, bolstering our ability to service clients in the life sciences and biotechnology sector as well as our trade-mark, patent and other IP capabilities generally. Jeff earned his PhD in Immunology in 2004 and has worked in industry, government and academia. He completed his law degree at the University of British Columbia in 2007 and was called to the Bar of British Columbia in 2008. Prior to joining Clark Wilson, Jeff worked for several years as a lawyer and Registered Trade-mark Agent for a leading national IP boutique. He has extensive experience in obtaining and enforcing trade-mark and patent rights as well as in the commercialization of such rights.
