Acting for the Wilder family, Aaron Singer and Richard Weiland have closed the sale of Lot 48 to the Nature Conservancy of Canada. The 127 hectare parcel of land is home to a number of rare and endangered species and is of cultural significance to the Ktunaxa First Nation. The NCC’s purchase of the property was made possible through a number of generous donations, including $2 million from Teck.
