Jeffrey Morton’s article “Navigating the New Copyright Waters” (Campus Counsel, February 2013) has been republished by the BC Ministry of Finance’s Risk Management Branch Education Team in the Spring/Summer 2013 editions of UCIPP Risk 101 and SPP RiskEd. The Education Team manages the University College & Institute Protection Program (UCIPP) and the Schools Protection Program (SPP), providing self-insurance for all public schools and most public post-secondary schools in BC.
