Samantha Ip and Oliver Hanson of Clark Wilson’s Construction Group will be speaking at the BC Building Envelope Council Conference and AGM on September 26, 2012 at the Fairmont Waterfront Hotel. The topic of their presentation will be “Understanding the Role of the Consultant on Construction Projects – An Update on the Consultant’s Legal Responsibilities”. The goal of the seminar is to increase consultants’ understanding of their legal responsibilities in order to effect better risk management.
