Glen Boswall is again quoted in an article on the Tercon Contractors v. British Columbia case in the February 24 edition of the Journal of Commerce. The article, Supreme Court’s Tercon ruling may force new approach to contracts, is the second article by Richard Gilbert since the ruling.
